Bellboy/Driver

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bellboy/Driver to join the team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. In this hospitality role you will welcome members and guests, handle luggage and provide transport around the property, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name, offering a friendly welcome in line with the Soho House style.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explain facilities and services, and handle luggage on arrival and departure.
• Operate the buggy and official hotel vehicles to transport guests, luggage and room‑service trays safely and efficiently.
• Assist with minibar checks, collect and transport trays, and perform regular rounds to keep common areas tidy.
• Report incidents, lost‑and‑found items and any irregularities to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Up to 1 year experience in a high‑profile hospitality or service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer‑service attitude.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to follow front‑office procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate feedback and maintain a positive, approachable demeanor.

Required skills

• Valid driving licence and ability to operate hotel vehicles safely.
