Bellhop / Guest Services Assistant

About the role

Join Barceló Hotel Group as a Bellhop, providing warm welcomes and attentive service to guests at Hotel Barceló Ponent Beach. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in procedures.
• Transport luggage to the reception and guest rooms.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Offer information on local attractions and arrange tickets, taxis, and restaurant reservations.
• Explain hotel services, room features, and lighting controls to guests.
• Deliver newspapers, food, and other items to rooms.
• Perform security rounds and distribute mail throughout the property.

Required profile

• Medium‑level training in tourism accommodation or a related field.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of office software and hospitality operations.
• Active, energetic personality with strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
