Front Office Internship - Luxury Boutique Hotel, Mallorca

About the role

A luxury boutique hotel in Mallorca is offering a front office internship in Spain. You will join the front office team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences, developing your skills in guest relations, customer service and hotel operations. The internship is full-time (40 hours per week) for a minimum of 16 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally
• Assist with reservations, room allocation and billing processes
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments
• Maintain accurate guest records and administrative processes
• Support daily front office operations and reporting
• Take part in training sessions on systems and service standards

Required profile

• Fluent English; Spanish or other languages are a plus
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 16 weeks
• Flexible availability, including shifts and weekends
• Background or interest in hospitality, tourism or hotel management
• Professional, well-presented and service-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail
