Bilingual Waiter/Waitress – English & Spanish

About the role

We are seeking a passionate bilingual Waiter/Waitress to join the service team at Finca La Donaira, an eco‑retreat in Andalusia. The role involves delivering warm, natural, and detail‑oriented service to guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner in a setting that blends luxury with sustainable farming.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and personalised service to each guest.
• Prepare and set up service areas including the restaurant, terrace and event spaces.
• Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients and wine selections.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all service areas.
• Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Passion for gastronomy, wine and guest experience.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in sustainable, farm‑to‑table concepts is a plus.
