BIM Architect

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Architect to join our internationally recognised studio in Barcelona. The role involves developing large‑scale BIM models for high‑end cultural and hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with our internal BIM standards and delivering high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit in line with company BIM Execution Plans.
• Create 2D/3D families and content as required.
• Produce accurate construction documentation throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with project leads, consultants and clients to coordinate design decisions.
• Apply best‑practice modelling techniques to guarantee model quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in international studios, preferably on cultural or hospitality projects.
• Strong design thinking, attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive, well‑organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit.
• AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Rhino or SketchUp.
