BIM Manager (Revit)

About the role

Fenwick Iribarren Architects, an international architecture practice part of the 10N collective (Egis Group), known for sports venues, large urban developments and complex projects, is looking for a BIM Manager (Revit) with 2-5 years of relevant BIM experience. The role sits in the BIM & Innovation team in Madrid and suits someone passionate about BIM, digital workflows and emerging technologies in architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Work with project teams to implement BIM standards, coordinate models and develop advanced digital workflows across multiple projects.
• Contribute to improving the firm's BIM strategy and digital tools.
• On assigned projects: negotiate, create and maintain the CDE (Autodesk Forma); create and quality-assure models (reference structure, coordinate system, parameters).
• BIM coordination across disciplines and quality control of own models.
• Manage MIDP deliverables and support ISO 19650 compliance and audits.
• Help define, implement and maintain studio BIM standards, train teams on BIM tools, improve processes and introduce automations.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural project development.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Interest in digital innovation, computational design and AI applied to architecture.
• Advanced English; availability for occasional travel.

Required skills

• Strong Revit and BIM methodology experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
• Plus: Dynamo, Revit API or workflow automation; Rhino and Grasshopper; Navisworks and clash detection.
