Brand Manager – Home Care (Barcelona)

About the role

Join Unilever's Home Care Business area in Barcelona as a Brand Manager. You will support the CSP & Marketing Home Care Manager in shaping and executing the national Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) for Home Care brands, driving growth while aligning with sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the Business Vision Plan (BVP) into a detailed Brand Marketing Plan.
• Develop and deploy integrated activity schedules, including BTL media, social, influencer, and PR initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Spain CSP & Marketing HC Lead to define short‑, medium‑, and long‑term brand strategies.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate KPIs to measure strategy performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers for brand activation.
• Conduct market studies to refine category strategy.
• Control monthly brand budget and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support day‑to‑day brand operations and cross‑functional collaboration with CBD, Global Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Team player with a consumer‑centric approach.
