Senior SEO Strategist (Madrid)

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to lead organic growth across its global entertainment platform. Based in Madrid, you will shape SEO strategy, drive traffic, conversions and revenue while collaborating with product, engineering, data and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prioritize SEO strategies that create competitive advantage and measurable business impact.
• Identify high‑value growth opportunities, build business cases and estimate ROI.
• Lead end‑to‑end SEO projects, coordinating with product, engineering, content and marketing.
• Provide technical guidance on information architecture, crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• Implement AI‑first automation to replace manual workflows at scale.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards and analyse attribution to quantify SEO performance.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of SEO strategy experience on high‑traffic sites (>5 M monthly visits).
• Proven ability to adapt global SEO strategies to local markets.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong ownership and independent work style.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI/LLMs to SEO automation.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• AI/LLM technologies for SEO automation.
• Google Apps Script, Python and SQL for data‑driven workflows.
• Industry‑standard enterprise SEO tools and structured‑data implementation.
