Brokerage Admin - Temporary Positions

About the role

UPS is looking for people to support its services and customer satisfaction through administrative tasks in temporary, seasonal positions. The work involves customs declarations, documentation and customer contact, and candidates must state their preferred location and shift when applying.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customs declarations, update data and carry out other daily administrative tasks.
• Process customs documentation with government authorities and official agencies.
• Communicate with internal and external customers by phone and email in at least two languages, Spanish and English.
• Handle customer calls about customs clearance requirements and customs procedure questions.
• Work with Billing and Operations to deliver high-quality service and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Required profile

• Vocational training qualification required.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility and strong organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Fluent Spanish; intermediate English is an asset.
• Availability to work different shifts and locations, including Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia Airport, Seville Airport, Vitoria Airport and others.
