Bus Driver – Ibiza

About the role

Alsa is looking for a bus driver in Ibiza to work on regular urban and interurban routes. With good performance, discretionary services across the island are also available. The workplace is in San Josep de Sa Talaia.

Key responsibilities

• Drive buses on regular urban and interurban routes in Ibiza.
• Provide positive, high-quality service to passengers.
• Work in rotating weekly shifts (morning, afternoon, night) according to quadrants, with split schedules possible.
• Follow rotating leave patterns (quadrants 5-2 or 6-1), respecting the 90-hour biweekly limit.

Required profile

• Category D driving licence, passenger transport certificate (CAP) and tachograph card.
• At least 10 points on the driving licence.
• Previous experience driving buses or similar vehicles is valued.
• Residence in Ibiza is valued.
