Business Analyst / Product Owner – Barcelona

About the role

Trifork Spain is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join its Barcelona team. You will act as the bridge between customers and the development team, helping to shape and deliver SAP‑based digital solutions on modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer needs, business processes and translate them into user stories, functional specifications and UX flows.
• Facilitate workshops such as design‑thinking sessions, discovery meetings and process deep‑dives.
• Create visual artefacts using tools like Figma or Miro and simple prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, designers and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Draft and execute test cases, support user‑acceptance testing and ensure the final product meets requirements.
• Balance agile delivery practices with more traditional approaches as required by the project.

Required profile

• Curious and eager to learn new technologies, especially SAP BTP and cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to listen deeply and translate conversations into clear documentation.
• Comfortable working between business and technical teams and aligning their perspectives.

Required skills

• SAP BTP (training will be provided)
• Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Prototyping and visualisation tools: Figma, Miro
