Helpdesk Specialist (German/French) – Barcelona

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Helpdesk Specialist to join our Barcelona team. The role focuses on providing technical support for multifunction printers to customers in the UK market and either the German or French market, depending on your language expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chat requests from the UK and a second market (German or French).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with multifunction printers.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication.

Required profile

• Legal residence in Spain with a valid NIE and social security number.
• Immediate availability and currently living in Barcelona.
• Fluent in German or French and excellent English proficiency.
• Willingness to work the split shift schedule (10:00 am – 7:00 pm).

Required skills

• Multifunction printer troubleshooting.
• Technical support and incident resolution.
