Business Consultant – Life Sciences Analytics Master Class (Barcelona)

About the role

We are hiring high‑potential early‑career professionals to pivot into Life Sciences consulting through Veeva’s Master Class program. The role provides an alternative to an MBA, giving you the tools and resources to develop consulting skills while delivering high‑impact business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and timeline management.
• Leverage data and analytics, powered by Veeva’s Data Cloud, to generate insights and business solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models, processes, and analytics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Life Sciences, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), or other non‑consulting work experience.
• Strong desire to work in an intense, challenging program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for digging into data.
• Problem‑solving attitude, anticipating issues and proactively finding solutions.
• High work ethic, integrity and honesty.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
