Business Developer (French/Dutch) – Hybrid – Malaga

About the role

This hybrid position based in Malaga focuses on acquiring and nurturing Dutch‑ and French‑speaking business clients. You will work both from home and the office, using your language skills to support companies throughout the early stages of the commercial cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new leads in Dutch and French markets.
• Conduct discovery calls, present value propositions and follow up on opportunities.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and internal teams.
• Collaborate with mentors and internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (or Flemish) and French with strong English comprehension.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Motivated, proactive and comfortable working in an international, multilingual environment.
• Previous experience in sales, B2B communication or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.
