About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Travel Agent to join our Malaga office. You will help German‑language clients plan and book seamless travel experiences while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of the city.

Key responsibilities

• Consult German‑speaking customers to understand their travel preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Arrange flights, accommodations, tours and other travel components, ensuring a smooth itinerary.
• Resolve travel‑related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling additional services and packages.
• Stay updated on travel trends and destination information to offer relevant options.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2) – both written and spoken.
• Previous customer‑facing experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset.
