About the role
As a Business Development Associate focused on new hotel partners, you will help expand Expedia Group’s lodging inventory by reaching out to hotels that have not yet collaborated with the platform. The role is French‑speaking and requires you to educate prospects on Expedia’s unique value proposition and guide them through onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively prospect hotels through cold calls, emails and events to generate new business.
- Qualify leads, address objections, negotiate standard terms and complete contracts.
- Onboard partners, ensuring high‑quality listings, competitive pricing and adoption of recommended programs.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM, track territory goals and keep activity cadence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, sharing insights with the team.
- Analyze data to identify performance opportunities and recommend next‑best actions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Integrations to remove onboarding blockers.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable with cold outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
- Interest in travel, hospitality and B2B partnerships.
Required skills
- Experience using a CRM system to manage pipelines and activities.
