Business Development Executive – Malta

About the role

Archer IT Recruitment is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Malta. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building deep expertise in the IT recruitment market.

Key responsibilities

• Research and specialise in a niche area of the IT market.
• Expand the existing client base and secure new business relationships.
• Attend face‑to‑face meetings with senior decision‑makers.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and provide ongoing account management.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients, driving Archer’s growth in the IT recruitment sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (service sales is a plus).
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Highly driven, resilient and focused on career progression.
• EU citizenship or passport.
