Business Excellence Lead

About the role

Bosch-HomeComfort is looking for a Business Excellence Lead (referred to in the text as Operational Excellence Engineer) based in Vacarisses. The role is full-time and permanent, integrated into the Business Excellence function and reporting directly to the General Manager. It acts as the main support to the GM on strategic planning, prioritization, decision-making, resource allocation and organizational coordination, and helps achieve the plant's objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity and people development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present executive reports, business reviews and key communications while monitoring budgets, project portfolios and operational performance.
• Drive operational excellence through AI-driven KPI analysis, continuous improvement, process optimization and proactive risk mitigation.
• Foster internal and external stakeholder communication, ensure governance and compliance, and promote a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
• Coordinate meetings, strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives and management processes so they align with business objectives.
• No direct people management is required; the role coordinates cross-functional teams and project activities when needed.
• Manages the budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; specialization or demonstrated knowledge in Industrial Organization, Operations Management or Business Management is highly valued.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, operational excellence, industrial engineering, project management or related industrial environments.
• Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional projects, supporting senior leadership, analyzing operational performance and driving continuous improvement and business decisions.
