Business Manager – On Trade

About the role

As the Field Account On‑Trade manager for the assigned area, you will create value by driving sales and building strategic relationships with key customers. You will shape Bacardi’s legacy and influence decisions that affect the full portfolio presence in the Spanish on‑trade market.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of the EFO and new model objectives.
• Implement the commercial plan and execute customer programs defined in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for on‑trade accounts.
• Negotiate at the point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Utilise the “Picture of Success” approach to activate brands and influence consumer purchase decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximise Bacardi’s performance at on‑trade customers.
• Be available for night‑time visits to clients and activation checks.

Required profile

• Proven track record in commercial or field sales, preferably within the on‑trade, events or promotions sector.
• Strong ability to organise work independently and deliver results.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and listening skills.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Proficiency in Galician is a plus; English at an intermediate to advanced level.
