Business Operations Manager

About the role

TrendAI™ is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join its Europe Business Operations team, initially focusing on the Iberia market. The role acts as a trusted partner to sales and management, translating commercial goals into operational actions that drive ARR growth, improve net revenue retention, and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable processes that accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and maximise Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Build and maintain dashboards for ARR, NRR, forecasting and pipeline health for sellers, GTM teams and leadership.
• Support quota and target planning in collaboration with Business Unit leadership.
• Review sales opportunities for alignment with compensation plans and assist with commission management.
• Partner with Deal Desk and Sales Support on complex commercial deals.
• Lead revenue and ARR planning, providing accurate insights for decision‑making across Iberia.
• Ensure CRM data quality and accurate customer lifecycle management.
• Communicate new processes and policy updates to GTM teams and ensure adoption.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and support churn prevention and expansion strategies using health and adoption data.
• Assist sales teams in executing global and regional GTM programmes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working closely with sales, customer success and finance teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
