Business Operations Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Business Operations Manager in Madrid. The role drives an AI-first revenue engine by turning go-to-market strategy into repeatable execution, from messaging and discovery to full deal motions. It works with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, Finance and Engineering to build and run AI-enabled workflows (enrichment, routing, copilots) tracked via dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-augmented workflows across the funnel, integrated into the GTM stack with strong CRM/data quality and durable governance.
• Own measurement and optimization: define success metrics and ROI, build dashboards, ship v1 quickly and iterate through experimentation using funnel and pipeline data.
• Drive adoption and responsible use, setting governance aligned with Legal, Security and IT.
• Evaluate tools and make build-vs-buy decisions for AI and automation (LLM/agent platforms), prototyping and productionizing with Data and Engineering.

Required profile

• Engineering background is a must.
• Quantitative and systems mindset: comfortable with messy GTM data and building repeatable operating systems.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end GTM metrics such as conversion, pipeline health and velocity.
• Clear communicator able to align executives, operators and technical teams.
• Experience with GenAI for GTM, either as a builder or an operator, plus sound vendor and build-vs-buy instincts.
• "Ship v1, iterate" mindset and proactiveness in finding and automating bottlenecks.
