Business Support Internship – Innovative Medicine

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is offering a full-time Business Support Internship within its Career Programs, under the Innovative Medicine division, based in Madrid. The internship starts in December 2026 and supports the Business Support Services team with data analysis, material coordination and procurement-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to the Business Support Services team in data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Coordinate with the materials warehouse to ensure timely delivery of requested materials and proactively address delivery issues.
• Suggest process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in procurement and vendor data management, including purchase orders.
• Look for efficiencies and new opportunities.
• Support ongoing projects and connect with stakeholders inside and outside Innovative Medicine.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed university studies, preferably in business or data fields such as Business Administration.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn quickly, a proactive attitude and good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good level of English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with data, digital tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Previous exposure to Microsoft Power Apps or other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.
