Support Agent - DACH (Candlelight)

About the role

Fever, a global platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Support Agent for its Candlelight DACH team, based in Spain on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. The role supports the financial, administrative and operational processes behind Candlelight concerts across the DACH region, working with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation across P&L statements
• Follow up on supplier payment issues and coordinate with suppliers to resolve outstanding matters
• Manage artist contracting requests and purchase orders so they are processed accurately and on time
• Assist with music licensing reports, database updates and other ad hoc administrative tasks
• Review event plans before they go on sale, checking event copy and ticket quantities, and flag discrepancies for correction

Required profile

• Lives in Spain and is legally eligible to work there
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Experience in administrative support, operations, finance support or a similar role
• Previous experience in the events, entertainment or music industry is a plus

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack and Airtable, with quick learning of new systems
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills
