Call Center Agent Inbound - Dutch (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly and professional voice for our clients, handling incoming calls with care and attentiveness. After each call, you’ll summarize the key details in a call log and pass it along to the appropriate client.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Dutch‑speaking customers and provide assistance.
• Summarise each interaction in a call log and forward the information to the relevant client.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (native level) and good command of English.
• Completed education or university studies with some professional office experience.
• Passionate about customer communication with persuasion and persistence.
• Service‑oriented mindset focused on customer care.
