About the role

The Hotel Occidental Ibiza is looking for a dedicated Floor Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and public areas. You will work as part of a team that upholds the high standards of Barceló Group, providing a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all necessary cleaning materials, tools and equipment before each shift.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture, fixtures and amenities.
• Perform all standard housekeeping tasks: make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items, and report any damages.
• Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items, respond to complaints and requests according to established protocols.
• Collect used linens, send dirty laundry to the laundry department, and complete required housekeeping reports.

Required profile

• Minimum education: compulsory secondary education (ESO).
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, motivation, responsibility and good organizational abilities.
