About the role

The hotel is looking for a dedicated housekeeping professional to ensure rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for guests. You will work closely with the management team to follow established hygiene procedures and uphold the high standards of Barceló Margaritas.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, products, and equipment for each shift.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture and fixtures.
• Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items, and report any damages.
• Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items, and address complaints according to protocol.
• Collect used linens, send them to laundry, and restock necessary supplies.

Required profile

• Basic education (ESO) required.
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• English language skills are a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong teamwork and organizational abilities.
• Motivation, responsibility, and attention to detail.
