About the role
Join Barceló Hotels & Resorts as a Room Attendant on a substitution basis in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cleaning materials, equipment and supplies before each shift.
- Clean and arrange guest rooms, checking the condition of furniture, fixtures and amenities.
- Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and report any damages.
- Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items and respond to reasonable requests.
- Collect used linens, send them to laundry and restock necessary items according to hotel procedures.
Required profile
- Basic education (ESO) completed.
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork spirit and strong sense of order.
- Motivation, responsibility and good organizational skills.
