About the role

The Hotel Barceló Teguise Beach is looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. You will work as part of a hospitality team, following established procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, equipment and supplies required for daily tasks.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of installations and furniture.
• Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and report any damages.
• Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items, respond to complaints and fulfill reasonable requests according to protocol.
• Collect and clean work tools, send dirty laundry to the laundry department and complete required reports.

Required profile

• Minimum education: compulsory secondary education (ESO).
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, motivation, responsibility and strong organizational skills.
