About the role

Join the Barceló Hotel Group as a waiter at the Barcelo Lanzarote Playa resort. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a dynamic, hospitality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service and sales autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, seat them when required, and provide direct assistance during their dining experience.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment to ensure smooth service.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with HACCP certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar waiter or food‑service role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Additional knowledge in cocktail preparation, restaurant operations, or general hospitality is valued.
• Strong teamwork orientation, stress tolerance, agility, and a polished personal image.
