Camarero/a – Lanzarote Mar

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join the service team at Barceló Lanzarote Mar. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and drinks.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools required for smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) and HACCP certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of mixology, restaurant operations, and hospitality is valued.
• Team player with stress tolerance, agility, good personal image, and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP (APPCC) knowledge.
• Mixology (cocktail preparation).
