Camarero/a Pisos – Full‑time 40h

About the role

Join Barceló Group as a Floor Attendant in Sevilla, working 40 hours per week to ensure the public areas of the hotel are clean, orderly, and welcoming for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Clean, tidy, and condition public spaces such as lobbies, reception areas, corridors, stairs, elevators, lounges, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Restock supplies in public zones, including waste bins, dispensers, and bathroom amenities.
• Identify and report any incidents, damages, or maintenance needs observed during cleaning.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, directing complaints or requests according to established procedures.
• Collect, clean, and store used materials, send dirty linen to laundry, and complete required logs.

Required profile

• Basic education (ESO or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping role.
• Desirable knowledge of English.
• Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, and strong organizational skills.
• Motivation, responsibility, and concern for quality and order.
