Category Manager – Industrial Print

About the role

The Category Support role drives business performance, oversees portfolio management and implements growth programs within the industrial print sector. It coordinates with departments to prioritise opportunities aligned with growth strategies, refines operations on feedback and uses the Training Academy and Knowledge Management outputs to strengthen decision-making. The position is based in Sant Cugat del Valles.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee category support and pricing strategies, develop pricing models and work with sales teams to optimise pricing and profitability
• Monitor business performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, manage volume demand and optimise resource allocation
• Define and deploy growth programs, promote training programs and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Advise on portfolio management and plan and run promotional activities with marketing teams
• Build relationships with key customers, gather feedback and improve products and services
• Collaborate with GBU, sales and services marketing teams on training promotion and cross-selling

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• Certification in Industrial Printing, Digital Printing Technologies or similar (preferred)
• Proven experience in business management or similar roles, with a strong understanding of digital industrial printing equipment
• Experience in market analysis, customer relationship management and strategic planning
• Strong knowledge of service portfolio management and expansion
