Technical Pre-Sales Consultant

About the role

This Technical Pre-Sales role at HP in Sant Cugat del Valles builds strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, advises and influences their strategic decisions and solves unique customer issues. The position works with internal teams on account planning, sales strategy and solution customisation, mentors junior team members and tackles technical customer challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex, innovative and strategic solutions that meet customer needs and the organisation's long-term goals.
• Foster deep relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing their business decisions.
• Deliver presentations to executive-level customers and articulate the value of the organisation's solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-profile customers, coordinating with sales teams.
• Design and implement intricate integrations with third-party solutions.
• Solve complex technical challenges and unexpected customer issues.
• Contribute to initiatives that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency or customer experience.
• Identify risks in complex solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
• Organise innovation workshops to explore new ways to solve customer challenges.
• Mentor junior team members and share product and domain expertise.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 7-10 years of experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management or a related field.
