Circularity & Product Sustainability Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Circularity & Product Sustainability Manager to act as the central link between Product Management, Development, Purchasing, Quality, IT and external partners. You will ensure that sustainability, EU regulatory and circularity requirements are embedded in both existing and new electronic products.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate sustainability requirements into product development, standardisation and maintenance processes.
• Develop methods, guidelines and evaluation criteria for sustainable product design and material selection.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements (ESPR, CEAP, PPWR, etc.), perform fit‑gap analyses and define concrete actions.
• Lead the Digital Product Passport initiative, structure relevant data points and align with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish audit‑proof processes, governance structures and documentation for product data and material transparency.
• Raise awareness and provide training on sustainability, circular economy, ESPR and Digital Product Passport topics.

Required profile

• Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Strong interest or experience in sustainability, product development, circularity, packaging or related areas.
• Knowledge of EU regulations such as ESPR, CSRD, ESRS, CEAP or PPWR is an advantage.
