Civil Infrastructure PM/DM - Highways Transportation

About the role

AECOM is looking for an experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Manager / Design Manager to lead its design team within a consultancy focused on highways. The role covers the full design process, from project planning through execution and closure, and involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and EC offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process for highway infrastructure projects, from planning to execution and closure
• Manage and inspire multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with EC offices on multicentre projects
• Oversee design stages from concept to delivery, monitor progress, hold regular review meetings and mitigate design risks
• Maintain design quality in line with AECOM's quality principles, industry regulations and client specifications
• Manage design budgets and optimise resource allocation
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports for internal teams and stakeholders
• Adapt to AECOM's project delivery procedures and standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience; USA and Canada experience is an added advantage
• Extensive experience as a PM/DM in civil infrastructure projects, especially Highways
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
• PMP certification is an added advantage
