Client Director, Sponsorship (Madrid)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Client Director, Sponsorship based in Madrid. The role drives sponsorship revenue across Fever's global portfolio of live experiences, identifying, developing and closing partnerships with leading brands and agencies on integrated sponsorship programmes covering Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, concerts and official partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective brand partners and exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
• Prospect, pitch and close new sponsorship opportunities across Fever's live experiences.
• Develop bespoke sponsorship proposals with Marketing, Content, Media and Operations.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery through negotiation, contracting and deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and sponsorship agreements aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast and activity tracking in Salesforce and report regularly on performance.
• Build senior relationships with brand marketers, agencies and procurement teams, and hand off deals to Account Management and Delivery.

Required profile

• 7+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, media sales or experiential marketing, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Established network of brand marketers, agency partners and senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable leading six- and seven-figure sales conversations and pitching to C-suite executives.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; based in Madrid or willing to relocate.
• A win: experience with smaller, scalable event formats.
