Client Management Support – Global Payment Solutions

About the role

Join HSBC Spain as a Client Management Support professional within the Global Payment Solutions team. You will help evolve and grow the business by providing administrative, pricing, and billing support to Social Security services and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support administrative and customer‑service tasks for Social Security and corporate pricing/billing, ensuring rates are correctly applied.
• Field and resolve complex service inquiries, maintaining proactive communication until client expectations are met.
• Own client escalations, both routine and global service escalations, coordinating remediation and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor client case activity to spot potential issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee local client‑initiated projects and facilitate completion of global projects.
• Collaborate with global counterparts on maintenance requests, queries, and escalations.
• Identify red‑flags early and maintain internal and external contact lists.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• University‑level education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑service environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across functions.
• Knowledge of cash‑management products is a plus.
