Client Services Associate – COA & Digital Health Solutions

About the role

TransPerfect is looking for a Client Services Associate to join its Barcelona office, supporting COA and Digital Health Solutions projects. You will be the first point of contact for existing clients, coordinating translation and related language services while ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new projects through TransPerfect’s centralized technology platform.
• Collaborate with production team members to assess scope, create cost and timeline estimates.
• Initiate project work by providing detailed budgets, schedules and instructions to the project team.
• Identify and resolve potential pitfalls before they affect production.
• Set up project specifics to enable the production team’s success.
• Proactively learn about clients’ industries, business needs and culture, and share insights with the team.
