Client Success Associate – French Speaking

About the role

The Client Success Associate will help Gartner’s French‑speaking clients unlock the full value of their subscriptions. Working in a hybrid setting, you will partner with senior and junior stakeholders across IT, HR, finance, and other functions to ensure they achieve their business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and demonstrate the value of Gartner services.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to meet them.
• Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored insights and solutions.
• Use metrics and feedback to drive continuous engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
• Support account management activities, including introductions to Gartner’s expert community.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English at a business level.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of relevant professional or internship experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritisation, critical‑thinking and influencing abilities.
