Clinical Research Physician

About the role

Medpace is seeking experienced Clinical Research Physicians to provide medical, scientific, and strategic leadership across multiple therapeutic areas. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials while serving as the internal medical expert for study documentation and results interpretation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical management and expertise for ongoing clinical trials.
• Contribute to study reports, regulatory submissions, and manuscript preparation.
• Manage safety issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on trial assessment.
• Participate in new business development, including proposal preparation and sponsor meetings.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments, study design, educational efforts, and medical document review.
• Ensure strict adherence to research protocols and company policies.

Required profile

• MD degree (or equivalent) with board certification and current medical licensure preferred.
• Prior experience conducting clinical trial research.
• Experience in pharmaceutical‑related clinical research is a plus.
