Trilingual Clinical Psychologist (Spanish, English, Portuguese)

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a trilingual Clinical Psychologist to join its Clinical Operations team in Madrid. The professional will deliver evidence‑based mental health care in Spanish, English and Portuguese, supporting members through assessment, therapy and case coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the clinical journey for members, providing emotional support and case management in three languages.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments (ATS) and short‑term CBT interventions tailored to diverse cultural contexts.
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for English, Portuguese and Spanish provider networks, ensuring quality of care and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in Salesforce, meeting global standards and local legal requirements.
• Respond to high‑risk cases in the region, delivering immediate bilingual support and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Full fluency (C1) in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with ability to conduct therapy and write clinical notes in all three languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and registration as a Health Psychologist (Psicólogo General Sanitario) or equivalent in Spain.
• At least 3 years of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and clinical assessment.
• Experience with CRM and clinical management platforms.
• Ability to adapt clinical empathy to cultural nuances of Spanish and Portuguese markets.
