About the role

The Royal Hideaway Hotel in Canfranc Estación is looking for a dedicated cook to join its kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef, preparing dishes according to the hotel’s menu specifications and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes based on technical sheets of the established menu wheel.
• Maintain smooth kitchen operations under the supervision of the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management, and purchasing activities.
• Carry out cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration, and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established standards.
• Perform tasks in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training in Cooking and Gastronomy.
• Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen role.
• No language requirement; hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Team player with creativity, stress tolerance, problem‑solving ability, and meticulous work habits.
