Cocinero/a – Hotel Allegro Isora

About the role

The Hotel Allegro Isora is looking for a motivated Cook (Cocinero/a) to join its kitchen team. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef, preparing dishes according to the established menu specifications and ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes based on technical sheets from the menu cycle.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration, and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established procedures.
• Perform tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• No language requirement.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance, and problem‑solving ability.
• Attention to detail and meticulous execution of tasks.

Required skills

• Food safety knowledge (APPCC/HACCP).
