Cocinero/a para hotel en Menorca

About the role

Barcelo Hamilton Menorca is looking for a motivated cook to join its hotel kitchen in Es Castell. The successful candidate will prepare dishes according to the established menu specifications and support the Head Chef in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes following technical sheets of the rotating menu.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operation under the supervision of the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing.
• Carry out cleaning, preservation, cooking, reheating and restocking of food items.
• Receive and store food supplies according to established standards and orders.
• Perform tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene and current legislation.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• APPCC (Food Safety) certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar kitchen role.
• No language requirement.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and problem‑solving ability.
