Cocinero/a para Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook to join the kitchen team at Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri, a luxury resort in Cádiz. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef, preparing dishes according to our menu specifications and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes based on technical sheets and the established menu rotation.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration, and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established procedures.
• Perform tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Formal training: Higher Level Vocational Training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) and an APPCC course.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen position.
• No language requirement.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and problem‑solving ability.
• Attention to detail and meticulous execution of tasks.
