Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager reports to the MH Iberia CFO and acts as a senior business partner to commercial and leadership teams. The role drives sustainable, profitable growth through pricing excellence, revenue analysis and data‑driven decision‑making, while strengthening the analytical culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct revenue and profitability analyses using on‑trade, off‑trade, Nielsen and customer data to recommend pricing, promotion and mix strategies.
• Develop financial models for pricing, promotions and investment decisions and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Own revenue forecasting and budgeting, creating scalable dashboards and decision‑support tools for performance monitoring.
• Define and implement the long‑term pricing vision, including annual price increases, repositioning and new product pricing.
• Design and maintain customer P&L statements, evaluate commercial investments and improve FTT (Financial Transaction Tracking) accuracy.
• Continuously improve data quality, processes and reporting logic for revenue analysis.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven analytical rigor and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in pricing strategy, revenue growth management and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
