Commercial & Operations Support Graduate (Paid Internship)

About the role

Coface, an international leader in credit insurance, business information and risk management, is looking for a Commercial & Operations Support Graduate to join its Commercial Department in Madrid. It is a 12-month paid extracurricular internship starting on 1 September 2026, in a multicultural environment. You will take part in real projects and contribute actively to the assessment of commercial risk and the coordination of teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze commercial requests so that each contract is solid, profitable and aligned with the Group's underwriting policies.
• Support the Account Management team in strengthening client relationships and delivering fast, attentive service.
• Keep documentation, internal processes and information up to date and under control.
• Monitor KPIs and use internal tools such as the CRM to keep commercial indicators current.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and workflow optimization.

Required profile

• University studies in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance or similar.
• Motivation to learn and grow, curiosity, initiative and a collaborative attitude.
• Interest in commercial environments, risk analysis and operations.
• Very good command of Spanish and English (B2-C1); other languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and customer-oriented approach.
• Able to formalize an extracurricular internship agreement with their university.
