Commercial Project Management Trainee

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is recruiting a Commercial Project Management Trainee for its The Club team in Madrid. The Club is the group's centre of excellence for commercial discipline, offering revenue management, sales, M&E and digital optimisation services to hotels. The trainee works alongside senior leaders on strategic projects, process improvement and communication initiatives, and supports the expansion of The Club and the onboarding of new hotel partners. The internship lasts at least 6 months, with a start on the 7th or 14th of December.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial projects: help contract and onboard new hotel members, and contribute to end-to-end project management, including planning, stakeholder coordination and execution.
• Help design visually engaging presentations for meetings and pitches.
• Help design and implement smarter operational workflows.
• Support documentation, reporting and follow-ups on commercial initiatives.
• Assist pricing projects by gathering data, analysing it and preparing insights, and help evaluate pricing models and ROI of new initiatives.
• Conduct market studies and build business cases.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business, Economics, Statistics, Hospitality or a related field (internship agreement required).
• Strong academic performance and motivation to learn.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Spain.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivots) and familiarity with data management.
• Organised, analytical and detail-oriented, able to work independently and manage priorities, including in hybrid or remote settings.
