Join the Pacha Group’s vibrant hospitality team as a Commis, supporting the culinary operations in a dynamic, Ibiza‑inspired environment. You will assist in preparing and presenting dishes while upholding the brand’s high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and execution of a creative menu, ensuring each dish is crafted with care and precision.
• Foster collaboration among the culinary team to deliver a coordinated dining experience and timely service.
• Uphold quality standards by following guidelines for portion sizes, presentation, and food quality.
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines diligently.
• Manage ingredient procurement and handling to ensure fresh, high‑quality supplies.
• Maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training and workshops.
• Support team motivation, efficiency, and professionalism during peak periods and special events.
