Communication & Engagement Project Manager

About the role

Intelligence Made Easy S.L. is seeking a Communication & Engagement Project Manager to join its Barcelona team. The role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who can take ownership of coordination tasks, manage deadlines, and drive project progress with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and follow up on project tasks, ensuring clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external contributors, including communication specialists, designers, consultants, researchers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor deadlines, and move work forward independently.
• Participate in client, project, and stakeholder meetings, translating discussions into actionable next steps.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, briefs, presentations, reports, and other project documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in communication‑related project management, corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, or similar environments.
• Proven experience delivering engagement‑focused activities within multi‑contributor projects.
• Strong coordination abilities and a reliable, autonomous work style.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders, with excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
